Plumber...
Ive prayed everyday for the past 2 years Thanking God and begging for forgiveness of all my sins, even sins in my thoughts...Now I have lung cancer and I'm really not sure what I should pray for..I think asking God to accept me into his kingdom is what I would hope for ,but I just hope for some more time on this earth,but that's asking God to change my calling day and wouldn't really be fair,so I best feel to keep to my daily pray of Thanking God and Praying for forgiveness as it seems my best option..Take every day as your last because one month ago I was high on my mountain then over night it feels Ive been drug down to the darkness of this cancer. Please pray that God will give me a good, clear plan for quitting caffeine, and for the discipline to carry out the plan. Also, I've been lacking in joy. Pray that God will fill me with abundant joy--joy that lasts. My son Chase is 24 years old. He had a stem cell transplant for cancer that recurred, on October 2, 2008. Everything went well until around December 2 when he was hospitalized for breathing problems. He developed a virus and graft versus host disease in his lungs as a complication of the transplant. On January 13, he was admitted to ICU and put on a ventilator with a lung injury which is another complication from the lung problems. The doctors have not given him much chance, but he is young and strong and has surprised them so far. It is no surprise to us as we are believers in the Almighty, Powerful God. We believe in God's living Word and stand on his promises for Chase's healing. We are praying over him daily the scriptures and God’s Word and promises. Please pray with us for Chase's complete healing and that God may be glorified through it. Thank you for allowing me to share our prayer petition. God bless your ministry |
